FLORIN: Hot New Developments

Florin is a new development in West Coquitlam.

Condo presales at Florin Coquitlam are on sale now. Contact me to more information, floorplans and prices at Florin and ask to book a private tour at the sales centre.

This exciting project will include condos, townhomes as well as three completely rebuilt heritage homes ( with lock-off suites ).

Great Location:

Florin is located at 572 Rochester Avenue, Coquitlam, BC, on a quiet tree lined street near Vancouver Golf Course in Austin Heights. This is a nice quiet neighborhood that’s also conveniently located near all the shops, restaurants and amenities of Coquitlam Town Center. Florin is only a 10 minute walk away Lougheed Skytrain Station and it has easy access to Lougheed Hwy and Hwy 1.

Reputable and Experienced Developer:

Florin is a proud collaboration of Allaire Living and The Circadian Group bringing over 35 years of trusted excellence in real estate development and construction in BC.

Best in Design:

All homes at Florin are designed with modern West Coast flair, with three designer color schemes to choose from; “Mist”, “Oak” and I particularly love“Sapphire” which is a fresh two tonedblue and white kitchen.

The flooring is a premium vinyl plank with a realistic Oak wood grain. Lush carpeting is featured in the townhome bedrooms and on stairs.

The kitchens are a Chef’s dream! They include high end integrated Fisher Paykel appliances, champagne bronze hardware, beautiful quartz countertops and matching backsplash. Many floorplans include an island as well.

Amazing Value:

I’m always on the lookout for Great Value and affordable options in the condo presale market for my Clients, and Florin certainly fits the bill! The reason why I like this one is it’s offering some excellent features that I rarely see in other low rise condos or townhomes and at a very competitive price point too.

It’s almost unheard of to have air conditioning in affordable low-rise condos, but Florin includes a VRF heating and cooling system with all homes at no additional cost.

Other thoughtful details:
